Using a rigid material - Polycarbonate, Transparent & Mint colour treat balls built with a support structure inside the balls to endure external pressure. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong, tough materials.
Our Blue rubber interactive balls made of Safe & Eco-Friendly natural rubber material that is commonly used in baby bottles and nipples!
*Both the transparent and mint balls can be deconstructed while the blue ball is one cohesive unit.
Our treat balls have holes on the top and the bottom to prevent choking hazards.

Q. Can a few pets play with one TREATOI at the same time?
A. We would recommend that you have one TREATOI per pet as the TREATOI dispenses one treat ball at a time.
Q. Is TREATOI only for Dogs? Can CATs use TREATOI as well?
A. Any pet with a good sense of smell can play with TREATOI!
Q. Is it used with an application?
A. TREATOI does not require any application. You can just use TREATOI with one button on the automatic dispenser.
Q. Is it wireless? Needs batteries?
A. TREATOI is power operated by a USB cable with a *5V2A adapter.
It must be connected to the power
source to use it.
*Adapter is not included in the box. You can use any 5V2A adapter (the one you use for your phone) to connect with USB cable.
Q. Do I have to use only TREATOl's treat balls with my TREATOI?
A. Yes, TREATOI is optimized to dispense TREATOl's treat balls. Please only use them.
Q. What happens if I put other things on the plate?
A. NEVER put anything into the TREATOl's rotating plate other than TREATOl's treat balls as that is not
the intended use of the TREATOI.
Q. How sturdy are treat balls?
A. Transparent & Mint colour treat balls are built with a rigid support structure inside the balls to endure external pressure and using rigid materials, polycarbonate for the structure. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong, tough materials, and some grades are optically transparent.
Blue balls made of Safe & Eco-Friendly natural rubber material that is commonly used in baby bottles and nipples. This material is slip-proof and chewable which prevents pets from swallowing the balls.
Q. Is it available for large dogs?
A. TREATOI is designed to be strong and durable, however, for the safety concern we would recommend to use only medium-size dog breeds (up to 50 pounds).
If you have medium sized dog breeds and you are worried about the size of our treat balls, we would recommend you to use only natural rubber treat balls. The material prevents the risk of swallowing the balls. They are not slippery, and they are chewable.
If your pet has strong jaws or tends to swallow/bite things hard to damage them, do not use TREATOI.

We will provide prepaid shipping documents, but any shipping and insurance fees and will be deducted from your refund.

- Roico Canada reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee to the returned item(s) if the item(s) is not returned in the same condition and packaging that it was sold in. The restocking fee of a minimum of 25% will be decided upon inspection of the Treatoi's condition and the delay of the return.
- Unless the return is initiated due to an error caused by Roico Canada, a defective product or an item purchased with a promotion such as Free Shipping, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees and insurance.
